We provide mobile BBQ catering for anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, graduations, business training and business parties throughout Prosper, Plano, McKinney, Frisco, and Allen.
CATERING

Basic catering consisting of 2 meats (brisket, sausage, pulled pork, or smoked turkey breast).
2 vegetables (baked beans w/brisket, green beans, potato salad, corn, cole slaw).
Includes plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, pickles, jalapenos, BBQ sauces, bread and tea. Delivered, setup, served, and cleaned up. There is a minimum of 50 people for full service catering. Basic price is $16.00 per plate plus tax.

TASTED OUR SIDE-DISHES?
We provide high quality meats: brisket, pulled pork, turkey breast, sausage, pork loin, and chicken. Side items are also available including potato salad, barbecue baked beans, cole slaw, green beans, mashed potatoes, and corn.
Other meats and vegetables are available upon request for an extra charge. Desserts of banana pudding or cobbler are also available for an extra charge.
