Basic catering consisting of 2 meats (brisket, sausage, pulled pork, or smoked turkey breast).

 

2 vegetables (baked beans w/brisket, green beans, potato salad, corn, cole slaw).

 

 

Includes plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, pickles, jalapenos, BBQ sauces, bread and tea.  Delivered, setup, served, and cleaned up.  There is a minimum of 50 people for full service catering.  Basic price is $16.00 per plate plus tax.

 

 

Other meats and vegetables are available upon request for an extra charge.  Desserts of banana pudding or cobbler are also available for an extra charge.  

 

 

At time of booking, we require a 50% deposit to hold the date.

 

Deposits on caterings are not refundable.
